Sam Pinto and Anthony Semerad held a ground-breaking ceremony to mark the beginning of the construction of their new resort in Calaca, Batangas.
The actress gave a glimpse of the small event where their daughter Mia Aya was also present, as seen on Pinto’s Instagram page on Thursday, Jan. 9.
Article continues after this advertisementIn the photos, the family of three held golden shovels while joined by a few other companions. A tarpaulin that states “a proposed resort” as well as the location of the construction can also be seen in the snaps.

“Can’t wait, baby!” Semerad replied to Pinto via the comments section.
In New York, the Dow pushed higher to finish at a record but the tech-heavy Nasdaq retreated. In Europe, London closed marginally higher but all the main continental exchanges were slightly lower.
In separate advisories on Monday, Seaoil, PetroGazz, Shell Pilipinas, and Cleanfuel said prices of gasoline would go down by P1 per liter, diesel by P1.30 a liter, and kerosene by P1.65 per liter.

Meanwhile, Pinto made her showbiz comeback in 2023 after a six-year hiatus.

“I think I enjoyed the break too much kasi I was just chilling. I had all the time that I needed. I can do anything, I can go anywhere, parang it is freedom, basically,” she said.
